No, this intercooler pipe kit is not a direct fit on an early 1999 Ford F-Series Super Duty. The pipes can be made to work with intake manifold, turbo pedestal, etc. updates / upgrades. Several modifications would be required to make the intercooler pipes kit work on an early 1999 Ford F-Series Super Duty.
